Clark Will Officially Files for District Court 298 in Dallas County

Dallas, Texas — The Clark Will for Judge Campaign is proud to announce that Clark B. Will has officially filed to run for Judge of the 298th District Court in Dallas County after completing the required petition signatures and filing with the Dallas County Republican Party. He will appear on the ballot in the 2026 Republican Primary.

Clark Will has practiced law for more than forty seven years and is respected for his fairness, work ethic, and commitment to the rule of law. He also served six years as a Judge Advocate in the United States Army Judge Advocate General's Corps, where he gained valuable courtroom experience and strengthened the values that guide his legal career.

"Dallas County deserves a judge who upholds equal justice and professionalism in every case," Will said. "My goal is to restore confidence in the judiciary by ensuring fairness for every person who enters the courtroom."

Dallas County has not elected a Republican to a district court bench in more than 23 years. The Will campaign is focused on changing that outcome through grassroots support, community engagement, and strong fundraising.

Campaign Manager Nicholas Will emphasized the importance of early support.

"Every dollar counts. We have reached the first major milestone and are officially on the ballot. Now we begin the sprint toward November. Clark's experience, military service, and integrity make him the right choice for this bench."

The campaign will host signature events, volunteer days, and meet and greet sessions throughout Dallas County. Supporters can get involved through the official campaign website.
